Mortgage Rates  as of 3/30/17


30 year fixed  4.14%        15 year 3.39%        5/1 ARM  3.18%

The Feds raised the interst rate when they met in December 2016 and again when they met in March 2017.  Each raise was a .25 increase putting the rate at a total of 1%.  We can most likely expect additional raises in 2017.
